Re: Licensing

Your understanding is correct. These products are licensed according to the number of employees not the number of users.

Re: Vision 7.1

You can try giving that user permissions to the files but they should already have it.

Re: Vision 7.1

Try renaming the 2.0 folder under Apps and then launching Vision. That should reinstall.

Re: Alert when time charged to inactive project

Ah, yes. I remember that setting. Would disabling this ability cure your issue?

Re: Alert when time charged to inactive project

I don't believe it is possible to charge time to an inactive project in Vision. At least it is not possible on our system. Maybe that's an option and I'm not aware of it.

Re: Vision CRM Beginner and Connect for Microsoft Outlook

Anyone posting a generic question like the above with a URL is just trying to improve their placement in search engines. It's a spam post. I'll be removing it.

Re: Difficulty accessing timesheet

Some of an employee's timesheet configuration is in the Employee InfoCenter. Open their record and look at the Time tab. Other settings are under Configuration.

Re: Difficulty accessing timesheet

Is there any other common denominator that you can see? Have you confirmed that they are logging into the same database? Do they work for the same company if you're using multi-company? Are they in the same Timesheet group on the Time tab of their employee record?
