Ability to disable Account column modification in Expense

Ability to disable Account column modification in Expense

Any employee with any permission above Staff level can change the Account column in Expense Reports. We already have Categories setup that specify the correct accounts so I would like to disable this so no one can use accounts not specified by our Categories. I have logged a wish list item for this request.
