Email server issues

Our IT third party provider has installed firewalls and virus protection on our email server (I am probably not using the correct IT terminology because I am just he accountant!) which is preventing certain emails from making to the employees. Emails in workflows are being sent through the Deltek cloud through a bounce service called "sendgrid". Some employees have blocked the "sendgrid" domain since there are many other companies using this for spam. Does anyone now of a workaround?

A second email issue is that emails sent from within Vision are spoofing our email and our IT provider blocks spoofed email that comes from another server. Is anyone else having this issue?
