Update Approved for use in Processing Field

I would like to run a scheduled workflow that updates this field but the field does not appear to be available in the fields list when I wish to add a column field change to the workflow.

I would like to know if it is labeled as something else?
Why does it not exist?
Is there any way around this?

This is because the Promotional project that I am creating, is created automatically from the Opportunity. I want the Approved for use in processing field for all Promotional projects if the opportunity is active. This bit I can check but then I cannot change the Promotional project field to Approved for use in processing.

Any ideas and help would be appreciated.

It may be your role security settings. Do you see the box on the front end, and/or can you check it there? If not, then it has to do with your security settings in your role.

The field may be "Ready for Approval" or "Ready for Use" or something like that as well.
