Using Vision through a Whale or IAG device?

Is anyone having success using Vision 6.1 through a Whale Communications or other IAG device? Vision 5.1 worked fine, but 6.1 errors out for us.

We have Whale support working on the issue and they are stumped, but they really want to overcome the issue, as they say it should be able to be done even with the Smart Client technology used by Vision.

Just thought I would see if others have ran into issues?
