We are relatively new to Vision (1.5 years)and just started rolling out Outlook Connect (Deltek Connect For Microsoft Outlook ( - for 7.1.This installation contains updates for Vision/GovWin CM and Connect For Microsoft Outlook ( )

On several computers, Outlook Connect seems to work well for a short period of time, then it seems to literally take down outlook (2010), outlook stops working, goes into not responding mode until you kill it, and once this happens, it will continue to happen until uninstalling Outlook Connect. Deltek seems to have nearly no documentation on outlook connect, and support for it is a joke. (Support for the Deltek product at A+++, but not Outlook Connect)

I am clueless how to troubleshoot, as there seems to be very little one has control over. Any idea suggestions, etc is welcomed!!
