Our firm is looking to utilize the CRM module. But am I missing something? They are saying we need to pay for license for all Vision users for CRM? I would think we are like many if not all firms and of the 140 employees only maybe 30 will actually use CRM - partners, managers, administrative staff and marketing? Seems like a big waste of money each and every year we cannot justify.

Is this true ALL users have to have lic for CRM - from field inspectors, survey rodmen, interns, etc who are all users due to time and expense but yet now expected to pay for CRM for them as well?

Your understanding is correct. These products are licensed according to the number of employees not the number of users.
