New Phase

Postby Muskan » Thu May 30, 2013 5:03 am

Hi,

I am trying to create a new phase for a project but not able to do so. It says the plan is in LD mode and I need to enable phase key conversion utility to add new phases.

Please can someone tell me how can I enable the phase key of the project.

Thanks,

Muskan

Not sure what "LD mode" means, but I suspect that the plan may be set to some fashion where it's not editable. I would make sure there's not a valid business reason that the project has been locked down against changes before using the Utilities -> Key Conversion.

It means labor has been posted. You need to first enable the first phase, then you will be able to add as many as needed on your own. You'll need to run the Key Conversion to enable phases. LD is where all labor is stored when posting timesheets.
