We are currently seeking an Part-time Accounting Assistant to work with the Bookkeeper and Finance Manager. Additional responsibilities will include:
Generate Timely and Accurate Billing
Weekly Timesheets and Monthly Vacation Processing and Reporting
Financial Record Maintenance of Project Budgets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
Assist Finance Manager and Bookkeeper with other Projects as needed.
Knowledge of Deltek Vision software
2+ years of financial experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized firm
Excellent excel skills
Excellent analytic skills
Self-starter who is also a team player
Enjoy a creative work environment
