Employee Reporting

Good day,

I am relatively new to the Reporting Module in Vision and I need to create a report from the Employee Reporting section for all Employees with Professional Licenses.

I am trying to customise a report, however when selecting certain options, the following message comes up: "Section has already been defined to not contain grid columns" - and I cannot select this option - which I need for my report.

Any help / advice / guidance would be most appreciated.

Hello - what version are you using. I have never seen this error.

Also can you share what base report you are using, and what options you have set up

Hello Emma,

Thank you for responding to my post.

We are working on Vision version 7.1.

The base report I'm using is "CRM Employee Summary".

The Options I'm trying to set up are as follows, however I think some of these Options may have been customized for our Company.

The Options I want are:
Advisory Group Name
First Name
Last Name
Title
License
Number
Earned

Here's where my problem comes in - I am able to select Advisory Group Name; First Name and Last Name - when I get to License I cannot select it and the following message comes up "Section has already been defined to not contain grid columns".

If i go into the Help section and select "Create User Defined Sections" - it gives an explanation about grid columns and vertical columns, but I just can't seem to understand this and solve my problem.

If you are able to assist in any, I would be most grateful.
