I'm working with a firm to implement Deltek 5.1, and working to create custom reports, which I have done at other firms. I configured the report I need, and saved it, but when I attempt to preview the report, I get the following error message:

I have added the database to my trusted sites (using Internet Explorer 8) , and also activated the SSL and TSL protocols in the security section on the advanced tab in my internet options, and I'm at a loss as to what to try next. Since I'm a consultant working for myself, I don't have a handy IT department to trouble shoot technical issues such as this - has anyone encountered and overcome this issue?
